About the human behind The Pink Walnut
Life is a dance between making it happen and letting it happen.
Hi! My name is Elsbeth van Lienden, and came to this earth plane in 1973. I founded The Pink Walnut almost 20 years ago. I live in the Netherlands, am a proud mom of three boys, and — in hindsight — have dedicated my life to uncovering the system behind manifesting. It’s something we all do every day, usually without realizing it. In my company, I actively practice everything I teach, so you can see how these principles come to life in real leadership, real culture, and real decision-making. I’d love to share this profound journey with you, integrating some lessons you might recognise as well, or can start to recognise!
In corporate
For more than two decades, I walked the corridors of international corporations, serving in C-level and executive leadership roles where complexity, pressure, and performance were daily companions.
I learned to read organizations the way some people read weather patterns – by sensing the energy before the storm hits. It’s not something I really learned; this knack became clear to me when people pointed it out to me. Once I started to see it myself, I perfected this innate ability.
The past four years I have been in consultancy, interim C-level positions until I was put on hold. The systems, the structure, and the people working in it. What once led to results, to growth, to expansion and innovation, is now preventing us from the next level. I couldn’t go back and decided to again focus on expanding The Pink Walnut as I did before consulting.
I always felt a deeper layer, a deeper intelligence. A knowing that leadership is not mental – it is energetic, emotional, intuitive, and profoundly human.
This brings me to my youth and early 20s.
Cosmic Intelligence Ignored
Back then, I sneaked into the library for books about life after death, parallel universes, energy, paranormal activities, and such. Later on, people always said that I was lucky to have another great job. And it was true. All went great, like as in I didn’t have to do much for it to happen.
Later on, when entering the workplace and hiring the coaches and consultants, it dawned. They do great work, but once they leave, after several months, all turns back to kind of normal. Why is that?? Why do we want change, yet don’t change?
This, when being a stay-at-home mum for 5 years, ignited my search for the process behind luck. Because deep down I knew: it’s not luck. It’s a system, meant for everyone to operate on the highest levels. But how??!
This ignited a path of heavily investing in coaching, training, and study to get all the pieces of the puzzle in place. It made me do a a lot of things outsiders could not understand. Like suddenly stopping my cooperation with Straightline Business Coaching, I just felt I am too eager, too much doing, too little intuition. Like investing tens of thousands in personal coaching to become a consultant at organisations of Marshall Goldsmith and Bob Proctor. Like suddenly quitting executive coaching and moving back to corporate. Finally, understanding NOT to become a consultant at Dispenza, but now to ignite my own company with all that I know.
And all this knowing, it was kept in me, safely. Only visible for those who were ready to hear my message. The truths that I had uncovered. I had no clue how to bring this into the open without being ridiculed.
Fast forward to now
During the past decade, I was taught by the best in energetic creation, consciousness, quantum principles, heart-brain coherence, inner alignment, alchemizing patterns, vibrational leadership, and I am beyond grateful for all these lessons by, amongst others, Dr. Joe Dispenza and Bob Proctor.
I built a boutique consultancy rooted in truth and transformation, growing it to over 250K in turnover as a solo business, doing what I do best:

Revealing what others cannot yet see.
Guiding executives and teams into coherence and inspired actions.
Have others see possibilities invisible to them before.
Transforming teams and cultures by addressing the unseen layers.

In short, from M&A to sales training to coaching to interim to process optimization: all is created with the part invisible to the eye, yet so alive and present—Energetics, frequency, quantum techniques, faith, trust, and inspired action.
What we do at The Pink Walnut – not just me but also the team – is not theoretical to us.
It is lived. Embodied. Practiced. Perfectioned. Integrated.
It’s a frequency. And to guide others, we continue to deepen our own understanding. This is about climbing a mountain with no summit, yet more and more profound views.
It is now that I no longer hide the truth. No longer hide the knowing that everything flows with much more ease once you understand what you are, how you relate to the universe, and how your thoughts and emotions create reality. This is what gives YOU back the power. And that’s what we love to do.
