How you use these hours is the difference between getting things done and feeling overwhelm for instance. <\/span><\/p>\n You need to direct your thoughts to what you truly want. Then decide what needs to be done to bring it along. Then spend your time doing the activities that come with that. Don’t get distracted by all the nitty gritty stuff that needs your attention as well (or not!).
