Elsbeth joined Nexperia in dynamic times and with little information available, she managed to get the HR Support team back on track in a very short frame. She changed relevant processes, clearly defining roles, accountability and ownership in the team of 5 skilled professionals. Next to that, she also interacted on a global level with Country Directors and senior management to push forward the required transitional changes in the HR team as a whole. Elsbeth was a valued member of the Dutch Management Team and made sure HR Netherlands processes and procedures are now up to date and ready for a next phase. She implemented various financial overviews working closely together with COE’s and the finance department.

Overall, it’s easy to work with Elsbeth, she walks her talk, has ideas and solutions for a broad variety of HR topics and she can communicate very well across the organisation.
